True re: Sedaris, also Mike Nelson, Al Franken, and Denis (why anyone’s parents would deliberately leave out the second ‘n’ is beyond me, and why wouldn’t you change it as an adult?) Leary, who’s a much better writer than a stand-up – Tina Fey, and tons more but it’s getting boring listing them all here.

So yup! On-board with the more herniette-inducing writings. Laughing is nearly my favorite thing.

The thought of a female hernia was sort of intriguing for me, and by intriguing I mean horrifying. I could only assume that something not-unlike an ovum or fallopian tube (I’m making this up, it’s been a while since i’ve seen one of these charts) would poke through somewhere or fall out of something and need to be tucked in. I dunno, I had to stop before I vomited.

I have a book o’ blogs that I’ve been meaning to ePublish but I figured it seemed like a HUGE waste of time when I could just email it to my Mom rather than make her buy it on Amazon, you know? But now since there are TWO of you I may have to reconsider.

(p.s. David Sedaris already wrote all the great American humor novels!)

Haha! Wine naps, circle!dance! (kinesthetic arrhythmia – how hard do I love this?), Amish Aborigines and now I’ll just be over here dying from the laughter-induced hernia (or actually whatever passes for hernias in women).

Also now I need you to quit directing and go home to write the Great American Humor Novel based on spot-on and relatable actual life experiences, after which you’ll become a best-selling author and come to Austin for a signing.
